Return instructions for online purchases
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 28 days of purchase or within 7 days for any sale items.
Items should be returned in their original condition. Items purchased online can be returned by post or to our store in Christchurch.
How to return an online order via post
1. Complete the Return Form on the back of your packing slip. Fill it out, remembering to include the following details:
Your name and email address
Description & Transaction ID
Quantity
Reason for return
2. Pack your item(s) for return. Don’t forget to include the form & address your package to:

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment.

Gift & Promotional Packs/ Litre Category’s $8.50
Rural Delivery Add $3.50
Small parcels targeted delivery is overnight.
Rural, Larger & Dangerous goods parcels may take 1-3 days.
Parcels may also take longer on public holidays and weekends or rural delivery.
Parcels sent Friday are delivered Monday, no Saturday delivery.
